Philanthropy

Each year Dr. Kurt Jensen and the Oral and Facial Surgery Center gives back to the community through Dentistry from the Heart. 

Patients were able to choose from three procedures:

• Tooth Extractions
• Tooth Fillings
• Teeth Cleaning

The event was well received from the Community, especially at a time where many have no dental insurance. Dr. Jensen will always be a part of donating his time and experience to help those who are less fortunate.

Dr. Kurt F. and Mrs. Sue Jensen recently traveled to Montego Bay, Jamaica on a mission trip along with other volunteers with Kids Around The World to build two playgrounds at a local orphanage.

Dr. and Mrs. Jensen travel annually donating their time and labor to build playgrounds around the world for the Kids Around The World organization. Dr. and Mrs. Jensen would like to thank everyone that donated their time and commitment on this endeavor.   Dr. Jensen said that the most rewarding part of this experience is seeing how appreciative the children are during the building of these playgrounds and how excited they are to play on them because they have never had a playground before.
